Roger Cerasoli, Jr. has been a member of AIBD since 1996, and a Certified Professional Building Designer since 2005. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 with an undergraduate degree in Architecture, Roger worked in 3 architectural offices in the Philadelphia area. He spent 4 years as Director of Architecture for John Wieland Homes in the early 1990’s and 4 years with Peachtree City Development Corporation, where he was a founding member of Magnus Homes. He established Keystone Design Associates in 1998, where he offers a variety of residential and commercial design services to builders and individuals, including design and site consultation, custom & production home design, specializing in addition & remodel design.

Roger served as Vice President of the Georgia Society of AIBD for two terms, and currently serves as Secretary. He has been a speaker at Atlanta H.B.A Certified Sales Professional training programs, and serves as a member of the Fayette County Permits and Inspections Department’s Residential Advisory Board. Roger and his family reside in the Peachtree City area, where they are members of Peachtree City First Baptist Church.
